Join us for an evening with Shelly Preston, head chocolatier, patissier and confectioner at Boutique Aromatique. Shelly will introduce you to the fascinating world of chocolate whilst describing her journey from lover of all things sweet to artisan entrepreneur. Shelly will offer an invaluable insight to anyone with a burgeoning interest in starting an artisan food business.
