Join the Welbeck Farm Shop for an evening of all things beef and discover the amazing range of cuts that can found in a hindquarter of beef.

Master butcher, Paul Birchall will butcher a hindquarter of beef on the night, explaining best uses of each cut as he works his way through the hindquarter. Paul will also talk about the dedicated farmers behind the Farm Shop's delicious beef, including how their meat is matured in shop. A perfect night for discovering how to get the best from less expensive hindquarter cuts; leg beef, skirt, along with top tips for cooking premium cuts like topside, sirloin, rump and sumptuous fillet steak.

Time: 7-9pm

Complimentary drinks and nibbles throughout evening.
