Gentlework: Textile Tokens

Gentlework is the creation of textile artist Christine Kelly.
This workshop will guide you through the creation of your own "textile token" or boxed stitchery". Using rescued cloth and embroidered words you'll make your own fabric memento to carry with you on your journey. Be it a treasured message, a gentle reminder or a note to self you will create a pocket keepsake to inspire, comfort or call to mind.
Individual day workshop but the project would stretch over the weekend if you wanted to immerse yourself in creativity.
