Venture out with professional forager James Wood on a unique experience on the beautiful grounds of Welbeck estate.

After a welcome breakfast of wild teas and coffee with scones and wild jams, James will go through some keys to help you correctly identify what you’re about to find. Armed with your very own forager’s basket, you will head out to discover the vast array of wild edible species that lie all around us on the Estate. James will give you tips on correct identification, potential look-alike species as well as a vast range of edible possibilities that each species can be used for.
