This introductory day is guaranteed to be instructive fun as we explore every part of a delicious pig, from nose to tail.

The day will begin with a discussion of the pig's journey from farm to table. Topics covered will range from rare breeds to basic pig-keeping tips.

Our expert team will then butcher a side of pork, allowing the study of primary cuts, their secondary joints and how to cook them.
