Hearty congratulations to The School of Artisan Food for their success last week at the British Cookery School Awards.
The School of Artisan Food were winners of the 'Best Large Professional' category, and finalists in the 'Best Specialist' category. The British Cookery School Award judging was overseen by well know food champions, Nigel Barden, Xanthe Clay, Martin Johns, Guy Lincoln, and Anthony Warner.The winners were announced at a prestigious awards dinner in London on the 11th of November.
