Welbeck Estates Infrastructure for Enterprise Project

As part of the Welbeck Estates Infrastructure for Enterprise project the Welbeck Estate will be creating six new food-standard workshops for SME and new-start artisan food producers within the Brewery Yard, by redeveloping a redundant farm-stores building and by providing necessary drainage and electricity infrastructure. This construction work is expected to commence in January 2014, and will be completed by May 2014.

The Welbeck Infrastructure for Enterprise project is part financed by the PA2 European Regional Development Fund Programme 2007 to 2013. The Department for Communities and Local Government is the managing authority for the European Regional Development Fund Programme, which is one of the funds established by the European Commission to help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support local businesses and create jobs.
