Forgotten English Pies on the Menu at Welbeck

Join in at The School of Artisan Food for the opportunity to learn long-forgotten cookery techniques with one of the UK’s most celebrated food scholars, Ivan Day.
This summer, Ivan will be teaching at The School of Artisan Food with two fascinating courses which will bring long-lost recipes back to life. Students on the ‘Historic Pies’ and ‘Historic Ices’ courses will create a selection of ice creams, sorbets and pies spanning the centuries, drawing on Ivan’s amazing knowledge and using his rare antique kitchen equipment.
