Sausage Making Evening at The School of Artisan Food

Discover the secret behind the delicious Welbeck Farm Shop sausages and learn how to make your own fabulous bangers at home. Our master butcher, Paul Birchall, will lead the evening in the state-of-the-art butchery training room at The School of Artisan Food at Welbeck.

 

 


The evening will begin with Paul butchering a side of pork into its primal cuts whilst explaining best use of the cuts including an overview of basic knife skills. You will then break into small groups for some hands on sausage making.


The evening will be a mixture of demonstrations and practical group work, finishing with a grand tasting of Welbeck Farm Shop sausages and an opportunity to package up a portion of sausages to take home with you.

 

Time: 6-9pm
