How to master sourdough making

Looking for things to do during Lockdown 2.0?
The first lockdown saw a passion for home baking sweep the nation and there was a lot of love shown for sourdough starters. For those looking to master the sourdough skills gained earlier in the year, Welbeck’s School of Artisan Food is hosting an online Sourdough Starter class with internationally renowned baker and author, Emmanuel Hadjiandreou.
Emmanuel, who is one of the School’s tutors, has baked all around the world and has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Flour Power, and Daylesford Organic. During the special online class he will be sharing some of his vast knowledge of how to make sourdough bread.
The course costs £24 per person and will take place between 9am and 11am on Saturday 21 November.
