NEW online masterclasses launched
11 January 2021
Bored of board games and bingeing box sets at the weekend? The School of Artisan Food has launched a brand new series of online masterclasses, starting this Saturday (16 January).
As lockdown continues, the masterclasses give you a chance to put your spare time to good use. You'll be able to master your sourdough skills and perfect the art of patisserie from the comfort of your own home.
Join the Online Masterclass in Gluten Free Patisserie between 10am and 11.30am on Saturday and you'll discover how to make your own gluten free pastry and sweet tarts. From 1pm on Saturday there will be the opportunity to learn how to make special bakes in an Online Masterclass in Authentic Portuguese Custard Tarts.
Then why not schedule some time out for yourself with an Online Masterclass in Sourdough Starters on Tuesday 19 January between 6pm and 7.30pm? Each of the online masterclasses cost £24 and places can be booked via The School of Artisan Food website.
- The School of Artisan Food is temporarily closed for face to face activities but, as well as the online masterclasses, it will also be hosting a special virtual open day on 23 January. The online event will give you the chance to find out all about the Advanced Diploma and FDSC degree in Artisan Food Production 2021/22. This event is free.
