Charity Afternoon Tea in Welbeck Abbey's Sunken Garden (SOLD OUT)

Join us on Saturday 11 June 2022 for an exclusive opportunity to enjoy afternoon tea in the late 19th-century sunken garden and ornamental tunnel.
For this occasion, we will open the 5th Duke of Portland's ornamental Rose Corridor Tunnel, where guests will be offered a selection of sweet and savoury treats with prosecco.
This is an exclusive event to raise funds for the Villages of Welbeck Association to build a car park for local residents and school children at Cuckney Primary School.
The Sunken Garden
Welbeck's Sunken Garden was part of a design commissioned in 1899 by Alfred Parsons and Captain Walter Croker Saint-Ives Partridge by the 6th Duke of Portland. The garden hosts a large summerhouse, a tennis court, an ornamental pool and a swimming pool, around the outer edge, are brick pergolas.
