Cookies

This website uses cookies to improve your user experience.

Cookies are small files saved to the users computer’s hard drive that track, save and store information about the users interactions and usage of the website. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer.

The use of cookies helps us to:
• Make the website work properly

By continuing to use our site, you agree to the placement of cookies on your device. This website requires the use of cookies to work. If you do not agree with the use of cookies please close this page in your browser or navigate to another website.

This website uses “strictly necessary” cookies. These cookies make the website work properly. They improve your experience - for example they enable social sharing, let us embed videos from YouTube and make Google Maps work properly within the site.

We also use “performance” cookies. Performance cookies are used to analyse how our visitors use our websites and to monitor website performance. This allows us to provide a high quality experience by customising our offering and quickly identifying and fixing any issues that arise. For example, we might use performance cookies to keep track of which pages are most popular, which method of linking between pages is most effective, and to determine why some pages are receiving error messages.

This website uses tracking software to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. This software is provided by Google Analytics which use cookies to track visitor usage. The software will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website but will not store, save or collect personal information.

Our emails may contain a single, campaign-unique “web beacon pixel” to tell us whether our emails are opened and verify any clicks through to links or advertisements within the email. We may use this information for purposes including determining which of our emails are more interesting to users or to query whether users who do not open our emails wish to continue receiving them. The pixel will be deleted when you delete the email. If you do not wish the pixel to be downloaded to your device, you should select to receive emails from us in plain text rather than HTML.
