Award-winning Welbeck Farm Shop’s delicious range focusses on low food miles, traditional artisan food and rigorous taste testing. Including Welbeck Estate’s own meat, game and Raw Milk, locally made ‘Stichelton’ cheese, ale from Welbeck Abbey Brewery and bread from Welbeck Bakehouse.
Welbeck Dairy supplies milk from a herd of 100 pedigree Holstein Cows.
The Welbeck Woodyard team manages sustainably over 5,000 acres of ancient woodland on the Welbeck estate. Welbeck’s woodlands are an equal mix of hardwoods and softwoods, which fuels Welbeck's 800kw Biomass boiler, or is sold as construction lumber, fencing materials, horse shavings and residential firewood.
Welbeck Abbey Brewery is a small, traditional, brewery at the heart of Welbeck's artisan food village.
The Welbeck Bakehouse produces handmade award-winning sourdoughs following traditional baking methods. They use long fermentation with no artificial additives or preservatives creates a healthier, tastier loaf. Try for yourself at The Welbeck Farm Shop, as well as local delicatessens, farm shops, farmers markets and food fairs.
The Harley Gallery is where old and new come together, with historic displays from The Portland Collection accompanied by exhibitions from leading contemporary artists. Events range from guided tours to Open Studios. Additional attractions include a café, shop and children’s activity area.

The School of Artisan Food quickly earned its international reputation. It offers a wide range of courses; from day sessions to a year-long diploma in artisan food production (the UK’s first). Staffed and run by experts whose skills are only matched by their passion, its students enjoy an unrivalled learning experience.
Stichelton Dairy aims to produce the finest quality raw milk cheese from the milk of a single herd. The entire focus is on traditional, British cheesemaking where quality and flavour is the priority. Stichelton’s nationwide popularity and stream of awards suggest this priority is shared by many.
Avonside Renewables, a specialist division of Avonside Roofing, is dedicated to micro-generation technologies such as photo-voltaic (solar electricity) and solar-thermal water heating systems. The business decided to relocate its North Midlands regional office to Carriage Court in the Spring of 2011, and was the first business to move into the building.
