The Butchery, BBQ and Dairy Room Lead has particular responsibility for The School’s specialist training environments. Supporting delivery across artisan butchery, charcuterie, BBQ, smoking, curing and cheese-making, the postholder acts as the primary technician for the specialist training rooms, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, professionally presented and ready to support outstanding teaching and learning.
