The Bakery Room Lead has responsibility for The School's primary bakery training environment. Supporting delivery across artisan breadmaking, sourdough, enriched doughs, pizza and wood-fired baking, the postholder acts as the primary technician for the bakery, ensuring the training environment remains safe, efficient, professionally presented and ready to support outstanding teaching and learning.

The Stores & Procurement Assistant supports the efficient operation of The School’s stores, stock management and procurement functions. Working closely with the Procurement Officer, General Manager, Room Leads and wider colleagues, the postholder helps ensure ingredients, consumables, equipment and supplies are received, stored, organised and available to support the successful delivery of courses, events, higher education programmes and charitable activities.
