Code of Conduct

Our aim is to always provide an environment for our employees, customers, visitors, and tenants that is professional and respectful.

In the Company’s policies, you will find a detailed explanation of processes and rules. Our code of conduct is a set of guidelines that outlines the specific behaviours and actions we expect from all our employees.

Your manager will give you day-to-day direction and instructions to enable you to do your job effectively. You work as a member of a team and you must therefore abide by certain principles and codes of conduct so that the business can operate efficiently, and in the best interests of all concerned. Teamworking also means that from time to time you will be asked to undertake duties other than those for which you are primarily employed; your full co-operation is expected on these occasions.

The following Code of Conduct summarises what is expected from you.

a) To work efficiently, conscientiously, and professionally; and
b) To behave courteously and respectfully, with high ethical standards in all your dealings with colleagues,
tenants, customers, and visitors; and
c) To co-operate promptly with all reasonable management requests; and
d) To refrain from engaging in any threatening, intimidating, harassing or discriminatory behaviour
(remembering that it is a recipient’s perception of the behaviour that is key, not the intent) and to report
immediately any behaviour of this nature you may witness, whether from an employee, tenant, customer, or
visitor; and
e) To work safely, observing all rules and regulations relating to health & safety and to report to your manager
any breaches of those rules or any potential workplace hazards; and
f) To seek help with your job if you need it; and
g) To arrive punctually for your working day and to maintain a satisfactory level of attendance; and
h) To treat the property of the Company and its employees, tenants, customers, and suppliers with care and
respect.

If you are unsure about any aspects of this code, please speak to your line manager or a member of the Human Resources department.
