The Harley Cafe currently has a vacancy for a Front of House Assistant to join the team. We are looking for individuals with a naturally outgoing personality, an interest in engaging with people and a love of great food. Barista experience is a requirement of the role.

The Harley Cafe offers a range of high quality fresh daily food, on a weekly and seasonally changing menu, with an emphasis on locally sourced quality ingredient led cooking, and bright modern flavours.

Named Cafe of the Year 23/24 in the Great Food Club Awards and shortlisted for the Farm Café of the year in 2025 and 2026 with the Farm Retail Association, we are proud of our ethos and exceptional produce and service. We have high standards in our small but busy café.

Hours of work for the team typically fall between 8am and 5.30pm including regular weekend working. Shifts work on a flexible basis due to the nature of the business, but rotas are released a month in advance to allow our team to plan. We anticipate that the contracted hours will be around 35 hours per week.

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service 
• Taking orders and clearing tables
• Preparing drinks and serving food
• Maintaining standards throughout the day.

Ongoing training will be provided for the successful candidate.
