The Harley Cafe is part of a multi-award-winning Farm Shop based in the Courtyard on the Welbeck Estate, on the outskirts of Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The shop is famed for its locally sourced, full-carcase butchery counter, Neals Yard cheeses, estate-walled garden produce, and network of fantastic local suppliers, which create a dream larder for our Chefs.
We currently have a vacancy for a casual Kitchen Porter/Pot Washer to ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the café at all times. Candidates must take pride in their work and be strong team players with strong communication skills.
Hours of work for the team typically fall between 8am and 5pm – the Harley Café is open 7 days a week with very occasional evening events. The successful candidate will need to have at least one day of midweek availability to support the team rota.

Shifts work on a flexible basis due to the nature of the business - National Minimum Wage.
This role is physically demanding, including a high volume of lifting and bending, loading and unloading heavy trays into a dishwasher with a quick turnaround.
