Welbeck is located on the A60 (the Mansfield to Worksop road), just 15 minutes from the A1 and M1.

Travelling south on the A60 from WorksopÂ
Go past the main entrance to The Welbeck Courtyard on the left. Just after you pass the main entrance, take the next turning on your right signposted Holbeck. There is also a sign to Browns B&B. Follow this road into the village of Holbeck and the barns are on your right.Â
Travelling north on the A60 from MansfieldÂ
Go through Cuckney Village. Do not take the first turning on your left signposted to Holbeck but carry on along the A60 and take the next turning to Holbeck on the left, which is just before the main Welbeck Courtyard entrance. There is also a sign for Browns B&B at this turning. Follow this road into the village of Holbeck and the barns are on the right. Â

Parking
There is plenty of parking in front of the barns for dropping off your bags and a dedicated carport for each barn. We respectfully ask visitors to only park in the allocated drop-off and parking areas for their holiday cottage. Please download the Holbeck Farm Barns Parking information document to find your holiday cottage allocated car parking space.Â
Checking in Â
We do not have a manned reception at Holbeck Farm Barns. On arrival, please park in your dedicated drop off area in the courtyard area in front of the barns. A key box is attached by the front door. The code for entry is on your arrival instruction email. Simply enter the four-digit code, lift the black switch at the side of the code pad to release the keys. The keys are for the front and back doors. Please ensure you lock the property securely whenever you leave it.Â
