Welbeck sourdough, butter, chorizo & honey
Warm artisan sourdough, served with butter, spiced chorizo, and a drizzle of golden honey, for a balanced savoury–sweet start.
Gambas pil pil (halloumi available for vegetarians)
King prawns with garlic, chilli and olive oil, finished with parsley and lemon. A grilled halloumi alternative is available for a vegetarian option.
Braised miso hispi cabbage
Slow-braised hispi cabbage glazed with umami miso and sherry vinegar, topped with toasted pine nuts and smoked paprika for depth and warmth.
Ticklemore bon bon
Crisp golden bon bon filled with creamy Ticklemore goats’ cheese, served with smooth garlic aioli and fresh pea shoots.
Welbeck lamb chop (cauliflower steak for vegetarians)
Tender grilled lamb chop with buttery savoy cabbage, silky celeriac purée and vibrant salsa verde. A chargrilled cauliflower steak is available for vegetarians.
